Agustin received his Masters in Business from California Lutheran University in Management & Organizational Behavior and Finance. He received his BS in Business from the University of Southern California and is a graduate of USC’s Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies. Agustin is a Marine Corps Veteran (0311) and 20+ year seasoned professional with career highlights of being a turnaround CEO of a health care company and a fortune 500 marketing consultant working on national brands like Uncle Ben’s Rice, Healthy Choice, Peter Pan Peanut Butter,  Orville Redenbacher, and Nature Made Vitamins.

Agustin taught at UCLA Extension providing students with strategic planning process to expand existing or start-up businesses using a variety of channels including the Internet. He lectured and advised on a variety topics including trends in B2C/B2B e-commerce, multi-channel marketing, consumer behavior, business development, marketing strategies, online advertising and ROI, digital branding, online security, product development and user experience.

Chuck graduated from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California with a BFA Degree with Honors. After Graduation, Chuck began his career as a graphic designer of packaging and online marketing in the Gaming and Film Advertising field. Chuck is highly proficient in many popular 2D and 3D design software including Adobe applications and Autodesk 3D animation software.

Chuck has received several honors in the field of Art Direction, including two recognitions in the Hollywood Reporter Key Art Awards for interactive film marketing projects, “Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events” and “The Royal Tenenbaums”. He’s worked on many brands including, Mercedes Benz, Microsoft, Intel, Disney, Mattel and PepsiCo. Recently in October 2013, Chuck and his team won First Place at the Developer’s Week Hackathon at the Microsoft office in Playa Vista, California.

Charley Bush draws upon both design thinking and research methodologies to shape the user experience of diverse products, spanning from consumer to enterprise to non-profit. Charley has worked with brands like Facebook, Target, Verizon, Cohesity and INSEAD business school, and led research on challenging projects, including ethnographic research on how prisoners want to communicate with the outside world, interviews with Millennials on how they approach their personal finances, and diary studies on how users shop, evaluate and purchase retail products.

Lenore’s expertise in strategic marketing communications ensures clients learn how to profile targeted customers and implement marketing strategies most appropriate to purchasing their product or service. She has worked in diverse industries – from a non-profit journalism organization to a PR agency, from an e-commerce company in Manila to an energy technology manufacturer in Silicon Valley.

Through Lenore’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion to help people fulfill their dreams, it was natural for her to teach business classes with Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center and marketing to high school students in the San Francisco Bay Area. Lenore holds a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Northwestern University, and a bachelor’s in communication from Santa Clara University.

Chris received his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Chris has 4+ years experience in the Aerospace Industry designing and manufacturing aircraft interiors. Chris has made the shift to UX, having graduated from General Assembly’s User Experience Design Immersive Program.

Chris has worked on several UX projects for a variety of industries ranging from aerospace, professional development, entertainment, and nutrition. Chris’ engineering background enables him to think critically about all business assumptions and validate them through extensive user research. Chris is committed to aligning the client’s vision with the needs of the user.

Kenny graduated from the School of Art and Design at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan concentrating in industrial design and design-thinking.

With an experience formed from working as a toy designer and as a design consultant, Kenny brings a playful perspective that’s serious about making great products. Leveraging the design process, he has prototyped products that include wearable tech, canine sanitation, shelters, and fashion accessories.

In addition, Kenny has also participated on several collaborative research projects for social impact, aimed at helping at-risk youth.  Whether he is prototyping ideas  or production-ready parts, Kenny helps clients make their vision a reality.
